Delivery
Delivery is available across South Africa and to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Lesotho and Eswatini. The delivery cost depends on your delivery address and the size and weight of the order, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Bloemfontein and the Free State: local delivery within 1 to 3 working days of payment clearing.
- Other provinces: 3 to 7 working days by courier or freight. Heavy and bulky loads (bricks, cement, sheeting, timber over 3 m, fencing rolls) are delivered by truck and may need a crane or forklift offload. Tell us about site access when you order.
- Orders are delivered to the kerbside or site entrance unless otherwise arranged.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Please inspect the goods on arrival and note any damage on the delivery note.
Cross-border delivery
We deliver to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Lesotho and Eswatini. Cross-border orders are exports, so South African VAT is not charged: once you enter a delivery address in one of these countries, checkout removes the 15% VAT from the product prices.

- Import VAT, customs duty and clearing fees charged by the destination country are paid by you when the goods arrive. They are not included in our price or freight.
- Delivery times exclude time spent in customs clearance at the border.
- Bulk loads (bricks, cement, sheeting, fencing rolls, steel) may need a freight quote. Use the bulk quote form for full loads.
- Gas cylinders, gas cartridges, and flammable solvents and thinners cannot be sent across borders by courier. If your order includes them, we contact you and refund those items in full.
Collection
Choose collection at checkout and we will confirm when your order is ready. Collect from 30 Martin St, Shannon Valley, Bloemfontein, Free State 9364 during trading hours (Mon to Fri 07:00 to 17:00, Sat 07:30 to 13:00). Bring your order number and ID.
Bulk and site deliveries
For full loads, mixed loads or deliveries to active sites, request a bulk quote and we price delivery per load.
